Overview

Dropshipper's Delight is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your images are never uploaded to any server. All image processing — format conversion, background removal, everything — happens entirely on your device. We collect only the minimum data needed to manage subscriptions.

What we collect

License validation requests — when you activate a license key, the Extension sends the key to our validation server. This request contains only the key itself, no images, no browsing data, no personal information beyond the key.

Purchase information — when you subscribe to Pro, Paddle (our payment processor) collects your payment details, email address, and billing information. We receive your email and subscription status from Paddle, but never your payment card details. Paddle processes payments as our merchant of record under their own privacy policy.

License email delivery — if you purchase a subscription, we send your license key to the email address you provided during checkout. This email is sent via Resend (privacy policy).

What we do NOT collect

• Your images — never uploaded, never seen by us
• Your browsing history or the pages you visit
• Analytics, telemetry, or tracking data
• Cookies (the Extension and this website set no cookies)
• Device fingerprints or advertising identifiers

AI model

The background removal model (RMBG-1.4) is downloaded once from HuggingFace and cached locally in your browser. After the initial download, the model runs entirely offline on your device using WebAssembly.

Third parties

• Paddle — payment processing, tax handling, billing (privacy policy)
• Cloudflare — hosts our license validation API (privacy policy)
• HuggingFace — hosts the AI model files for initial download (privacy policy)
• Resend — delivers license key emails (privacy policy)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

License records (your email and key) are retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation for support purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing of your data
