If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [YOUR_EMAIL] with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3 business days.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle (our payment processor) by replying to your purchase receipt email.
What happens after a refund
- Your Pro license key is deactivated immediately
- Your account reverts to the Free tier
- You keep access to all Free features (unlimited PNG conversion, 20 background removals per month)
- The refund is returned to your original payment method
Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests for renewal charges must be made within 14 days of the renewal date.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). This has never happened and we expect it never will — we're happy to work with you to resolve any issues before it comes to a refund.
EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of purchase of digital content, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Our refund policy meets or exceeds these requirements.
