1. Agreement

By installing or using the Dropshipper's Delight browser extension ("the Extension") or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Extension is provided by [YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), based in Germany.

2. Service description

Dropshipper's Delight is a Chrome browser extension that helps e-commerce operators download, convert, and process product images. Features include batch image downloading, format conversion (WebP/JPEG to PNG), and AI-powered background removal using a locally-run neural network.

3. Accounts and license keys

Free features are available without an account. Paid features require a valid license key obtained through a subscription purchase. License keys are personal and non-transferable. You may use your key on multiple devices that you personally control.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as our merchant of record. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Extension
• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key
• Use the Extension to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any images you process with the Extension.

6. Intellectual property

The Extension, its code, design, and documentation remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. Images you process remain your property (or the property of their respective rights holders).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that background removal results will be perfect for every image.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's management portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
